Antonina Grek, Attorney

Antonina Grek is a versatile lawyer in Greer, SC and the founder of The Grek Law Group. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina, majoring in Business Administration. She was graduated from the Charlotte School of Law, earning her Juris Doctorate and being admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2014.

Her interest in law is borne of a passion to help those in need. During her time at the Charlotte School of Law, Attorney Grek founded the Charlotte School of Law Immigration Clinic, which

Joseph Baldwin, Attorney

Attorney Joseph Baldwin has a B.A. Degree in economics and political science from the University of Cincinnati and obtained a J.D. Degree from the University of South Carolina in 1978. He is a graduate of the Municipal Institute of Government and the Leadership Greer class of 1985.



Joseph Baldwin served as a City Councilman in Greer for 15 years, and served on Greenville City Council for 8 years. He served as Mayor Pro Tem for 4 years. He worked in state auto insurance prior to opening up his private practice in 2010. Attorney Baldwin officially joined The Grek Law Group in 2017. Attorney Baldwin’s devotion is most apparent through his criminal and personal injury cases. He enjoys running marathons and spending quality time with his wife.

Andrew Brown, Attorney

Attorney Andrew Brown was born and raised in Greer, South Carolina. After graduating from Greer High School, he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual major in Economics and Marketing from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Andrew’s primary practice areas include criminal defense and family law. He is licensed to practice in all South Carolina courts and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.

Ana Maria Hincapie, Paralegal

Ana Maria joined our firm in April of 2016. Ana Maria attended Spartanburg Methodist College, where she earned a certificate in paralegal study. She is currently leading the criminal department. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to client intake, discovery review, court correspondence, managing mailing systems, and drafting a variety of court-related forms. She speaks Spanish and English fluently. She is from Cali, Colombia, and currently resides in Greer, SC. She is happily married to Jose Antonio Garcia and is a mother of three lovely teenagers: Carlos, Jesus, Shayla, and a gorgeous 5-year-old daughter: Joana. She keeps her schedule busy with church events, her children’s school activities, and her family’s home improvement projects.

Liya Radion, Paralegal

Liya Radion joined our team in January of 2017. Her responsibilities include client intake, insurance adjuster correspondence, drafting and filing court documents, preparing and responding to discovery, scheduling depositions and mediations, disbursing settlement funds, etc. Liya will be your contact for the personal injury, workers compensation, and civil law. She is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian. When she’s not volunteering at her church as a children’s school teacher, she is helping her family with varying projects.

Erika Radion, Legal Assistant

Erika began working with our firm in April of 2022. She currently assists all departments with initial file integration, drafting letters, and managing mailing systems. Erika is fluent in both English and Ukrainian. She is very active in her church and routinely goes on mission trips. You can find her spending time with her family when she isn't working.

Yasmin Vasquez, Paralegal

Yasmin Vasquez joined our firm in December of 2022. She is responsible for drafting immigration forms, Affidavits, USCIS correspondence, client correspondence, and maintaining excellent client communication. Yasmin will be your contact for the immigration law department. She speaks Spanish and English fluently. She is from Tegucigalpa, Honduras. She is happily married to Venancio Pascual and is the mother of a lovely toddler, Zion Pascual. She keeps her schedule busy with church events, gardening, and spending quality time with her family.

Illeny Vásquez, Paralegal

Illeny Vásquez joined our firm in January 2023. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling hearings, mediations, drafting initial pleading, orders, affidavits, and excellent communication with the clients. Illeny will be your contact for the family law department. She is fluent in English and Spanish. When she isn’t busy supporting our team, she enjoys exploring the culinary arts and serving at church.

Audry Astudillo, Paralegal

Audry joined our team in 2023. She is a U.S. veteran and is currently extending her studies at Greenville Technical College. Her current responsibilities include, but are not limited to: scheduling hearings and mediations, drafting initial pleadings, orders, and maintaining excellent client communication. Audry will be your contact for the family law department. She is fluent in English and Spanish. When she isn’t working, she enjoys going on hikes and trying new foods.
